Identity · showcase site · online booking
The context
Figaro's had built a real reputation — precise cuts, a loyal clientele, genuine barber craft — yet all of it stayed invisible online: an irregular Facebook page, no website, phone bookings that ate into the time between clients.
The problem was not local fame, it was friction. In an age where you choose your barber like you choose a restaurant — with your eyes first — blurry photos and incomplete information were costing appointments.
The approach
Art direction rooted in the old-school barbershop aesthetic, reworked with contemporary rigour: the warmth of leather and wood, held together by editorial typography and a tight palette — deep black, cream, a brass accent.
Three fronts: an identity rolled out as a system (price cards, service pictograms, signage); a mobile-first site, a single page that leads to the “Book” button without detour; and online booking synced to the team's calendar — the client books in 30 seconds, at any hour.
The result
A clear shift of calls toward the automated slot, and an image finally worthy of the service: the brand gets shared, gets cited, and creates desire before the first cut.

One of the first projects that showed me what a site can do for a brand: move the numbers, not just decorate. What I build today goes further.
